What if ARIS finds that my art has defective title?

ARIS operates under state, federal and similar international laws governing the privacy of all client information and under corporate policies of confidentiality.  All ARIS title searches and underwriting is performed under strict confidentiality of identifying information about the transaction principals and about the transaction terms.  In the unlikely event that ARIS must decline to offer a policy following underwriting for artwork which is the subject of a pending transaction, ARIS will inform only the applicant of this underwriting result and any advisor whom the applicant has also authorized ARIS to provide the underwriting result.
